Refund policy

All sales are final.

If you would like to swap items in your order with alternates of the same value, please email us as soon as possible at: service@bencantwellart.com.

In your email, please provide your order number, the items you with to replace, and sizes when applicable.

If an order has already been shipped, we will not be able to replace items, or offer refunds of undesired items.

Swapping of items is at our sole digression, as we reserve the right to deny order changes.
